Het doel om de leerlingen te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling wordt aan de hand van de verkregen resultaten vertaald naar de lespraktijk.<\/p>\n<p>De praktische invulling van het traject kan worden aangeboden in de vorm van verschillende differentiatietrajecten. Tevens wordt er aandacht besteed aan de voordelen van deze trajecten, alsmede aan de mogelijke valkuilen die zich kunnen voordoen. Daarnaast zal een concreet voorbeeld worden uitgewerkt met behulp van de leermiddelen van Diaplus.
